Delete your account

Two ways to do it, what is removed, and the little that is kept.

You can delete your ArklyTech account and all of its data at any time. There are two ways.

In the app — instant

  1. Open ArklyTech and sign in.
  2. Go to the Account tab, then Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm with your password (or the confirmation word if you sign in with Google).

Deletion is immediate. If you own a subscription it is cancelled first; if the payment processor cannot confirm the cancellation, nothing is deleted and the app tells you why, so you are never left paying for an account that no longer exists.

Without the app — by email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email contact@arklysolutions.com with the subject "Delete my ArklyTech account" from the email address on the account. We will confirm it is you, delete the account, and reply to say it is done — within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

  • Your account, name, email, username, password and two-factor settings
  • Every sign-in session on every device
  • Your Assist conversations, code checks and wiring plans
  • Favourites, recent lookups, store picks and checklist progress
  • Your notifications and your membership of any team
  • Your subscription and its invoices (after cancellation)
  • Offline device cards stored on your phone, the next time the app opens

Photos and voice recordings you sent to AI features were never stored, so there is nothing to delete.

What is kept

  • A record that your email address has already used its one free trial, so a second account cannot get another. It holds no other information about you.
  • Invoices that tax and accounting law require us to retain, held by our payment processor and our accounts, not in the app.
  • Anonymous usage counts that cannot be tied back to you.

If you own a team

Deleting the owner's account dissolves the team: every member is told, loses access to the plan, and keeps their own account so they can join another team or start their own. If you want the team to continue without you, contact us first and we will help transfer it.

Questions before you decide? Ask us — we would rather fix a problem than lose you, but the choice is always yours.
