By accessing or using ArklyTech (the "Service"), provided by Arkly Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ArklyTech is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered via Telegram bot (@arklytechbot). The Service provides access control field technicians with:
The Service requires a Telegram account. We do not provide Telegram accounts or guarantee Telegram's availability.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using premium features (AI support, voice messages, PDF uploads). Basic device lookup remains free.
We offer the following monthly subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Prices are in USD and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
Crew, Division, and Enterprise plans include multiple user seats. The plan owner generates invite links to add team members. Seat limits are enforced per plan. If the owner cancels, all team members lose access at the end of the billing period.

The Service uses AI (OpenAI GPT-4o) to provide troubleshooting guidance, wiring recommendations, and technical information. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not replace professional judgment, manufacturer documentation, or applicable building codes and safety standards. Always verify critical wiring and installation details with official manufacturer documentation before performing work.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is the property of Arkly Solutions LLC. Device specifications, wiring data, and manufacturer documentation remain the property of their respective manufacturers and are used for reference purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by sending /deleteme to the bot, which permanently removes all your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arkly Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI-generated content, or suitability for any particular purpose.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the bot or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
