Refund Policy

1. Try it free first

Every new team gets a 7-day free trial of every feature with no payment details. We would rather you decide with the app in your hand than ask for your money back afterwards.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If ArklyTech is not right for your team, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will give it, no questions required. Email contact@arklysolutions.com from the address on the account, or use the contact form. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. After 14 days

Payments are otherwise non-refundable, and we do not prorate partial periods. You can cancel at any time and keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for — and until then you can change your mind with Keep my plan on the Billing screen.

4. How to cancel

In the app: Account → Billing → Cancel plan. Only the team owner can cancel.
From the Creem customer portal linked in your payment confirmation email.
By emailing contact@arklysolutions.com.

After the paid period ends, the team's access to AI features, photo identification, diagrams, wiring plans, Learn and the Store stops. The device catalogue stays available. Your data is kept unless you delete your account.

5. Exceptions

We may refund outside the 14-day window at our discretion, and will do so for:

an outage of the Service lasting more than 48 hours;
a billing error or duplicate charge on our side;
other circumstances we judge fair.

6. Payment disputes

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster. A granted dispute or chargeback dissolves the team's plan.
