Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All new users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all ArklyTech features. No payment information is required during the trial. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service during this period before subscribing.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with ArklyTech after subscribing, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. To request a refund:

• Email contact@arklysolutions.com with your Telegram username and the email used for payment
• Or message us on Telegram at @arklytechbot

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. After 14 Days

After the 14-day refund window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

• Your Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link in your purchase confirmation email)
• Emailing contact@arklysolutions.com

After cancellation:

• You retain full access until the end of your paid billing period
• Multi-user plans: all team members lose premium access when the billing period ends
• Basic device lookup remains available for free
• Your data is retained unless you send /deleteme to the bot

5. Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside the 14-day window at our discretion in cases of:

• Extended service outages (more than 48 hours)
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Other circumstances we deem appropriate
