Everything about the app, the trial, teams and your data. Not here? Ask us — a person replies within one business day.
Android phones and tablets today, installed directly from this site while the Google Play listing is finalised. An iPhone version is in preparation.
Create your team and you get 7 days of every feature, with room for up to 10 people, and nothing to enter — no card. When it ends, the app shows the plans and you pick one. A technician who joins an existing team is covered by that team's plan and has no trial of their own.
Yes. Sign up with an email and password, or continue with Google. You can add a username to sign in with, and turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app from Settings.
An 8-character code in the form XXXX-XXXX that a manager finds on the Team screen. A technician enters it once to join. Managers can regenerate it at any time and the old code stops working.
Yes — the whole app, the device cards, the five libraries, the safety tips and the AI answers. Each person chooses their own language in Settings.
370+ devices from 74 manufacturers across 15 categories — controllers, readers, locks, electric strikes, power supplies, request-to-exit devices, intercoms, cameras, biometrics, panic bars, closers, pedestals, enclosures and batteries. Mercury, HID, Schlage, Von Duprin, HES, Altronix, Axis, Bosch, Avigilon, Salto, Gallagher, dormakaba, Brivo, LenelS2, Genetec, Verkada and many more.
Two places: the device catalogue, and 986 manufacturer documents — installation guides, wiring specifications and spec sheets — that we have indexed into 37,800+ searchable excerpts. Assist retrieves the relevant passages and answers from them, and lists the documents it used under each reply. It does not search the open web.
Ask Assist anyway — it can still help with a general question, and you can describe the device in your message. You can also report a missing or incorrect device from any card with Report a correction, and our team adds to the catalogue continually.
It reads what is printed on the device, so a visible model number gives a confident match and the card opens. Where the label is missing or the item has a descriptive name — a pedestal, a generic part — it offers the closest candidates and you pick. Tap Not this one when it is wrong; the correction is recorded.
Yes. Hold the microphone to ask a question or describe a fault, and it is transcribed for you before it is sent. Turn on voice replies and answers are read aloud, so you can keep working with both hands.
Per person per day: 50 AI questions, 50 photo or voice actions and 100 spoken replies. Device cards, wiring, the libraries and the store never count. Each team also has a monthly AI allowance that comes with the plan; the owner is told at 80% and can see it on the Billing screen at any time.
The device catalogue can. Turn on Offline device cards in Settings and your last 20 lookups stay on the phone, served with a saved-copy label whenever there is no connection. Anything that talks to the AI needs a connection.
Every plan includes every feature; they differ only by the number of seats: Solo 1, Team 5, Squad 10, Division 20, Enterprise 40. The seat count includes the owner. Need more than 40? Talk to us about a custom plan.
Sign in at app.arklysolutions.com/app and choose a plan; you are taken to a secure Creem checkout. The plan is live in the app straight away. Monthly or annual — annual is eleven months' price for twelve.
Yes, from the Billing screen. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. A downgrade below the number of people on the team is refused until seats are freed, so nobody is ever removed by a billing change.
Yes. Cancel from Billing and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for; until then you can also change your mind with Keep my plan. No contracts. See the refund policy for the 14-day money-back window.
The device catalogue stays open — search, wiring, install notes, common issues and the offline export — so nobody at a panel loses the reference they had yesterday. Assist, Snap & ID, diagrams, wiring plans, Learn and the Store need an active plan. There is a 3-day grace period for a payment that fails.
Seats used, the invite code, each member's role, and lookups and sessions per person for the week — with a nudge when someone has been quiet for seven days. Managers can promote, demote, flag apprentices and remove members. Billing belongs to the owner.
No, and no. There are no advertising or analytics SDKs in the app. The only third parties that see anything are the ones needed to run the service — the AI provider that processes your questions and photos, the payment processor, and the email service that sends your verification codes. Details are in the privacy policy.
They are sent to the AI provider to produce the identification or the install review, and are not kept afterwards. The same is true of voice recordings once they are transcribed.
Yes, to your account, so you can reopen them. You can end, archive or delete any conversation. They are never shared with other teams.
Both are in Settings. Export my data gives you a copy. Delete account removes everything, cancelling any subscription you own first. If you no longer have the app, use this page.
